A)
Placing a child's name on their bag or property can make them vulnerable to a predator
B) Your home phone does not protect them when you are with them in public or you are at work

"I've placed my cell phone number on a piece of paper in their book bag"
A) Searching through their bag to find a scrap of paper delays critical minutes in contacting you
